{ III. UNCOVER }
This is your art, your life's work — and this is where the magic quietly begins. Before our official start date, you'll have a little pre-work to settle into. Depending on your package, that may include an in-depth brand questionnaire, a Pinterest board to gather what inspires you, and organising your images and copy for the website.
All pre-work is due 5 days before your project begins, giving us time to take a deep dive into your business and carry out our research — so that on day one, we're ready to start turning your daydream into something real.
{ IV. DESIGN + DEVELOPE }
On your official start date, the creative work begins — iterative, intentional, and built entirely around you. We'll first present your creative direction: the story, the feeling, and the visual world your brand will live in.
Once that's approved, we bring it to life — your brand identity first, then your Showit website, designed to carry that same feeling online. We'll share each stage with you and refine it together through revision rounds, so you always know where we are and what's coming next.
{ V. LAUNCH }
Your new world, live and in its full light. We'll package up your brand guidelines and complete library of brand files, and get your website ready for launch day. Then it's time to step fully into this new era and share it with the people you're meant to serve.
We'll walk you through everything with tutorials, so you feel confident managing your site on your own. And we don't disappear once you're live — every project includes a 30-day post-launch support window for any small tweaks or questions while you settle in.
{ I. CONNECT }
Every beautiful project starts with a conversation. Before anything is booked, we want to be sure we're the right fit for each other, so the first step is simply to fill in your application, Once we've read it through, we'll be in touch. From there, we'll either schedule a 30-minute Discovery Call, a relaxed, coffee-chat kind of conversation, or send over a short discovery questionnaire. Either way, it's a chance to get to know each other, talk through your goals, and find a timeline that feels right.
{ II. COMMIT }
If it feels like a yes on both sides, we'll send over your proposal with everything laid out clearly. You'll choose your package and the payment plan that suits you, sign your contract, and pay your 20% deposit to secure your place in the studio calendar.
From there, we begin onboarding. You'll be welcomed into your own client portal — the quiet home of your project, where every file, update and next step lives in one place.
